(RED) Talks

The Global Fund pools the world’s resources to invest strategically in programs to fight preventable and treatable diseases, like HIV, tuberculosis, and malaria. In a process called “Replenishment,” every 3 years, the organization raises and invests money to build resilient and sustainable systems for health and strengthen pandemic preparedness.

Leading up to the Global Fund’s 8th Replenishment in Johannesburg, Merilynn Steenkamp, Managing Director for Roche in South Africa, joined (RED)’s Chief Impact and Strategy Officer Luisa Engel for a (RED) Talks discussion on the path to sustainable and resilient health systems on the African Continent.
