As for the liquid, it’s the same award-winning Lobos 1707 Reposado Tequila, which won Best-in-Class and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Aged at least 6 months in American white oak barrels the reposado is finished at its leisure in historic Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels using the solera method.
