Blueberry Margarita

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail): 

  1. ⅛ Cup Fresh Blueberries
  2. ½ Oz Fresh Lime Juice
  3. 2 Oz (LOBOS 1707)RED Reposado Tequila
  4. ½ Oz Honey
  5. 1-2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  6. Ice
  7. Sea Salt and Lime Wedge (to rim glass)

Instructions:

  1. Rub the rim of glass with a lime wedge, and swirl through a small pile of sea salt to rim
  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries and lime juice until the blueberries are pulverized
  3. Add the tequila, honey, bitters, and a handful of ice to the shaker
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
  5. Strain into salted glass over ice and blueberries
Tequila Mojitos

Ingredients (makes 2 cocktails): 

  • 1 Bundle Fresh Mint
  • 1 ½ Limes, quartered
  • 1 Oz Honey
  • 2 Oz (LOBOS 1707)RED Reposado Tequila
  • Ice
  • Soda Water
  • Mint Sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  • Combine ice cubes, mint leaves, tequila, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
  • Squeeze in the juice from the limes and divide the limes between 2 glasses
  • Blend or shake until well combined
  • Divide between 2 glasses and top with soda water and sprigs of mint
Cantarito

Ingredients (makes 2 cocktails): 

  • 2 oz (LOBOS 1707)RED Reposado Tequila
  • 1 ½ Oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • ¾  Oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ Oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Grapefruit Soda
  • Grapefruit Wheel (for garnish)
  • Himalayan Pink Salt (to rim glass)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  • Rim 2 cocktail glasses with Himalayan pink salt, then fill them with ice
  • Add ice to a separate mixing glass, and in that glass, add the tequila, orange juice, lime juice, and grapefruit juice
  • Stir to combine
  • Pour between 2 glasses, top with grapefruit soda, and garnish with a grapefruit wheel
