These events offer college students, interns, fellows, and young professionals in the New York Metro area the chance to learn about careers in the nonprofit, global health, and marketing sectors, while gaining insight into (RED) and our mission.

Our Future Fellows Network always features an exciting guest with extensive industry experience. Our next event will take place on February 4th, 2026 at 5:30pm, and will feature a discussion between (RED)’s Chief Impact and Strategy Officer, Luisa Engel, and Emily Nguyen, (RED)’s Impact Manager

(RED) Fellowship Program FAQ

Each spring, we accept applications for our annual fellowship cycle! Candidates must be a December or May college graduate to apply.

The fellowship program will run from June to April, Monday through Friday from 9-5 pm. Fellows must have close proximity to NYC to be in the office 1-3 days a week.

(RED) fellows are recent graduates who bring bold, innovative ideas that help drive (RED)’s mission forward and power real, tangible progress in the fight against global health injustice.

Those who have recently graduated or plan to graduate in May 2026 may apply to the (RED) fellowship program.

(RED) has several fellowship opportunities that span one or more teams, including Digital & Creative, Business Development & Communications, Partnerships & Impact, and General fellowship positions.

The next fellowship cycle will be June 2026-May 2027.

As a (RED) Fellow, your work directly fuels programs that fight AIDS and global health injustices. You’ll learn from a global brand known for iconic partnerships and bold storytelling. Most importantly, you’ll grow quickly in a creative, mission-driven environment where your work truly matters.
