TAKE A SEAT AT A (RED) TABLE

redtable_opener.png

This June, everyone can grab a seat at the table and join the fight to end AIDS.

(RED) has teamed up with an incredible array of chefs and restaurants, with each bringing kitchen creativity to raise money and awareness to ‘86’ AIDS – because in the food world when something is 86’ed, it’s done, off the menu…over.

Here’s just a taste of what’s cooking this June:

1. Yves, NYC

For the month of June, Chef Alex Baker, listed as one of Forbes’ top women chefs in NYC, is serving up a special, limited-edition Strawberry Tarte, with 20 percent of the proceeds going to (RED)’s fight to end AIDS.

2. The BEATRICE INN, NYC

It’s only fitting that Food & Wine’s Best New Chef 2017 Angie Mar is offering a Smoked Manhattan Cocktail and Fried Chicken dish , with $1 from each  item going to fight AIDS.
